Conduct Sunday school classes for children in grades 1 through 5 one Sunday a month. Teachers work in pairs, one being a storyteller, and the other being a greeter/facilitator. Classes are conducted from 10 am until the Passing of the Peace in the 10 am service. Those interested in this ministry should enjoy working with children, be good communicators and be organized. Teachers need to attend Safe Church Training (one time) and a Teacher Orientation meeting at the start of the program year. Weekly preparation involves learning to tell the Bible story for the coming week and preparing the felt figures.
